The Terms of this section set out the general terms under which we will provide training services to you and the respective duties and responsibilities of both learnfromus.co and you in relation to such services. Please ensure that you read these terms thoroughly and if you have any queries we will be happy to clarify them. If any material changes are made to these terms we will notify you.

learnfromus.co commits to the highest ethical and moral standards. Our aim is to serve you and ensure your financial success. 

Scope of Services

learnfromus.co provides education for learners on trading the global stocks and options markets. In order to guarantee the success of our clients, we assess each learner before we allow them to move on to the next level. 

learnfromus.co provides a support system and all supplementary materials in order to help all members to become successful traders.

Disclosure of Information

In case a course cancellation learnfromus.co are not liable for any additional expenses eg travel etc.

We do not promise or guarantee any future profits when trading the stock or options markets. Ilearnfromus.co will provide you with clear, concise trading strategies to trade the markets. learnfromus.co, its officials and related companies are not liable or responsible for your actions or decision made during or after our training, webinars or while referring to any of our material.

Default on payments by clients

learnfromus.co will exercise its legal rights to receive payments due to it from clients for services or products provided. All products remain the property of learnfromus.co and its operating company until they are paid fully by the client.

Complaints

We ask that you make any complaint against learnfromus.co, relating to services provided by us, in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and we will fully investigate it. 

Cancellation of a course

In the unlikely event of the Academy cancelling a course, you will be given a choice of an alternative course. All courses will be confirmed 7 days in advance.

Payments policy

learnfromus.co does not extend credit.  The prices listed in the shop are subject to change without prior notice.  We accept payments via wide range of payment facilities except of cash payments. 

Refunds are limited to within 30 days of purchase and are subject to an administration fee.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

Know your customer policies have become increasingly important worldwide lately, especially among banks and other financial institutions, in order to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activity. This clause means you can be asked to provide some of following documents: a copy of your valid passport with the signature page; copies of your credit cards, (front side with only the 4 last digits visible, backside with the CVV covered) and/or a copy of a recent utility bill in your name and address.

learnfromus.co holds a zero tolerance fraud policy, and is taking all measures possible to prevent it. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all related transactions to it will be immediately blocked.

The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
