The Terms of this section set out the general terms under which we will provide training services to you and the respective duties and responsibilities of both 2learn2tech the website operated by EU PAY Ltd, the company incorporated and existing under the Laws of Bulgaria (hereinafter 2learn2tech) and you in relation to such services. Please ensure that you read these terms thoroughly and if you have any queries we will be happy to clarify them. If any material changes are made to these terms, we will notify you.

Codes of Conduct

2learn2tech commits to the highest ethical and moral standards. Our aim is to serve you and ensure your creative and innovative competence in computer programming and using of technical means.

Scope of Services

2learn2tech provides education for learners on writing or coding the programs that tell computers what to do. This is accomplished by converting the software program, designed by software engineers, into a series of instructions a computer can follow. In order to guarantee the success of our learners, we assess each of them before we allow him or her to move on to the next level. 2learn2tech provides a support system and all supplementary materials in order to help all members to become successful programmers.

Pricing Policy

2learn2tech is remunerated by a commission and other payments from our clients. We take pride in stating that our supportive client relationship policy has led to retention of our clients as we operationally understand that each client is unique therefore our services are tailored to their individual needs. Our internal processes and pricing strategy are also individually tailored to our clients’ requirements.

We accept payments via wide range of payment facilities except of cash payments.

Providing that course is not provided at client’s disposal, refunds are limited to within 30 days of purchase and are subject to an administration fee.

Default on payments by clients

2learn2tech will exercise its legal rights to receive payments due to it from clients for services or products provided. All products remain the property of 2learn2tech and its operating company until they are paid fully by the client.

Complaints

We ask that you make any complaint against 2learn2tech, relating to services provided by us, in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and we will fully investigate it.

Cancellation of a course

In the unlikely event of the Company cancelling a course, you will be given a choice of an alternative course or have a relevant compensation on your discretion.

All courses will be confirmed 7 days in advance.

Liability and disclaimer

In case a course cancellation 2learn2tech are not liable for any additional expenses eg travel etc. 2learn2tech will provide you with clear, concise creating, adapting, modifying, troubleshooting and program maintaining education course. 2learn2tech, its officials and related companies are not liable or responsible for your actions or decision made during or after our training, webinars or while referring to any of our material.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

Know your customer policies have become increasingly important worldwide lately, especially among banks and other financial institutions, in order to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activity. This clause means you can be asked to provide some of following documents: a copy of your valid passport with the signature page; copies of your credit cards, (front side with only the 4 last digits visible, backside with the CVV covered) and/or a copy of a recent utility bill in your name and address.

2learn2tech holds a zero tolerance fraud policy, and is taking all measures possible to prevent it. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all related transactions to it will be immediately blocked.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the Republic of Bulgaria.
